Designing an AI assistant that helps enterprise users find the right data product.
With six products in the Flux Suite, users struggled to know which tool fit their needs. I designed Ask Flux — an AI-powered chat assistant built on Claude — that gives personalized product recommendations, answers platform questions, and reduces the learning curve for 1,800+ enterprise users. This was a Phase 2 initiative following the Flux Suite redesign
