Flux Suite is JPMorgan Chase's centralized data platform for Identity and Access Management. Six disconnected products meant users couldn't find the right tool, support tickets were climbing, and adoption was stalling. I led the end-to-end redesign — research, information architecture, and design system — unifying everything into a single, intuitive experience for 1,800+ enterprise users.
